I had all intentions of the first Fennec to go directly into my collection. Then I thought what the hell I'll carry it for a few days first. Never thought it would hold up as EDC especially as hard as I am on knives. That was quite awhile back i still carry it.. I had it out around guys where I used to work and one guy saw it and ,thought it was so cool he just about grabbed it out of my hand with excitement . That's where the 2and Fennec went,a gift for him. The black one will make it to my collection. The knives came without delay in mail. They were plenty sharp and the EDC has kept a good edge with little stone work despite cutting dam near anything under the son.with extensive use and not abuse. I noticed the piece of metal opposite the liner lock has a slight bend in the middle. U have to hold it up and sight down to notice it. It's no worry to me as it doesn't affect opening,closeing,or anything else that I can tell. It probably happened while in my front pocket coming under strain from carrying something really heavy or binding against something upon bending. I have never used a clip but tried this one,cause I don't like stuff down in my pocket and have to dig things out. It works perfect and I mean perfect. The tension is just right to give a good hold without messing up the material. The knife is out of the bottom and in the corner of the pocket and most of all,something I never realized, it comes out smooth and positioned in ur hand for easy opening and use. Some people want a bigger knife and that's cool,for me this one has plenty of sharp blade and is built really good,if I need to do prying or something I'll grab a crowbar. What else can I say ,I've bought three already and I'm not done yet.

This is a great little knife for slacks that is hardly noticeable in my pocket. It is super sharp from the factory and is super comfortable to use and have on-hand.
